Harbor house

Our beautiful harbor houses all look directly at our cozy marina where ships enter and exit.

A unique experience: staying in a harbor house at Resort Boschmolenplas. Our waterfront houses owe their name to the convenient location at the harbor of the resort. The 2 to 6 person harbor homes offer you a wonderful view over the charming harbor from where the ships sail on the river Maas. 

Each harbor house offers you a living area of 100 m² with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, 2 bathrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms, including 2 bedrooms with a rooftop terrace overlooking the harbor. During sunny days you can enjoy your own garden overlooking the harbor. 

Would you like to discover the surroundings of Limburg by boat? The boats which you can rent to sail on the Maas are ready for you in the harbor, you do not need a license.

Ground floor:

• Spacious comfortable furnished living room with dining area and seating area.
• Flat screen TV with digital channels.
• Toilet and storage room (Washing machine on request).
• Open kitchen with kitchen fixture, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.

Upper floor:

• Three bedrooms, two of which each have a double bed and one with a bunk bed.
• Two bedrooms adjoin the spacious roof terrace overlooking the harbor.
• Two bathrooms. The first bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. Second bathroom with shower and sink.
• From the living room patio door to garden terrace with furniture and overlooking the harbor.
• Parking for one car in front of the house. For more cars, there are several parkings on the park.
